Kelly was one of the original team at PWL (Pete Waterman Ltd.) in the 80's when Stock Aiken and Waterman was nicknamed The Hit Factory. Once Pete had cut the record it was over to Kelly to do her magic. From managing the artist's promotional tours, styling their album covers and videos to throwing huge parties to celebrate each No 1 hit, of which there were many!
Relocating from London to Los Angeles (via the Faith Tour ) one of Kelly's jobs was organising a party for the end of George's world tour. Tenting over his manager, Micheal Lipman's Bel Air tennis court, she carried on the World Tour theme with food stalls and drinks areas from all over the world. Guests included Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, Quincy Jones, Guns n Roses, The Bangles and Kevin Bacon!
